“The moment you arrive at The Hinterland Studio there’s an immediate sense of relaxation, a feeling that you have space to ponder, express and create. Surrounding you, the rainforest garden presents many gorgeous opportunities to shoot outdoors and the layout of the garden and its pathways throughout the property is also very private. 

The studio itself is well designed to  capture the morning eastern sun filtering through the trees and big glass window, creating beautiful glimmers of natural light toward one end. The expansive roller door - whilst also very practical for gear transfer - maintains a soft southern light all day. Into the afternoon the rich glow of the setting sun through the archway creates an epic feeling of Mediterranean sun drenched days.

The height and width of the studio is perfect for full room set ups, and gives plenty of opportunity to be lavish with lighting arrangements. All that paired with beautiful finishing touches to the interior make every shoot feel grounded and a little bit glam. An absolutely stunning place to work from.”
